
The general strategy of Delta Max is directed to adoption of abilities of outer environment thorugh implementation of internal changes. The actions are directed to reinforcement and developent of the company and internal environment optimization. This will give us the opportunity to develop and extend our business because the company is powerful and the environment is extremely favorable.
The production process at Delta Max is strictly defined - we use work and technological cards and we record each client order of the printing house. This type of organization makes the introduction of a system for traceability of the production and trade processes easier for Delta Max. The basic items Delta Max produces are magazines and advertising materials. Presently we work with key companies operating on the Bulgarian market as the number of foreign clients increases constantly and considerably. Observing the requirements of the European market we maintain modern machine park and provide training for our specialists at home and abroad. The efforts of our managerial staff combined with the excellent quality of our production helped us to become the leading printing house for magazines in Bulgaria.
In 2007 the company introduced instruments for financial planning.
Currently discussion about changes in the organizational structure of the company are held. Тthey will settle the processes for delegating responsibilities by the superior staff to the relevant functional managers. In addition we are developing a solution for optimal allocation of managerial functions which will allow the managerial staff to use its experience and skills in a more effective manner.
The company introduced ISO 9001:2000 and systems for document archieving - they will ensure the recording of all solutions developed in Delta Max, as thus verbal orders and instructions become history.
